The Trailhead Canoe Livery requires that every member of your group complete a liability form each time you go paddling with us. If any member of your group is under 18, they will need the form signed by a parent or guardian. We have hard copies of this form at the Trailhead, but you can also download and print it off at home. Just bring the completed forms with you when you come in for your trip.

 

We STRONGLY recommend printing and completing the forms in advance if your group is larger than 10 people!
